Terms of Sale

These terms apply when you buy a digital product from NorthstarKits ("we", "us") through northstarkits.com. By completing a purchase you agree to them.

1. What you're buying

Our products are digital files (spreadsheet templates and PDF guides). Nothing physical is shipped. Each product page describes what's included and the software it works with.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and are one-time payments unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed by Stripe. Your bank may add currency conversion or foreign transaction fees, which are outside our control.

3. Delivery

After payment you get access to download your files. If you can't access them, email support@northstarkits.com and we'll help.

4. License

You get a personal, non-transferable license to use the files for yourself and your household. You may make copies for your own use and edit them for your own use. You may not resell, share, redistribute or publish the files or modified versions of them, whether free or paid.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Educational tool, not advice

Our planners are educational organizing tools. They are not financial, tax or legal advice. Results depend on your own income, bills and choices, and no specific outcome is guaranteed. You are responsible for checking the numbers you enter and the decisions you make.

7. Software

Spreadsheet products require Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel as described on the product page. Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel are products of their respective owners; we are not affiliated with them.

8. Limitation of liability

The products are provided as described, without other warranties to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
