- Order information: when you buy, our payment processor shares with us your name, email address, billing country, what you bought, the amount and the date.
- Messages: if you email us, we keep your email address and the content of your message so we can reply.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Your card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout and go directly to Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe's use of your information is covered by the Stripe Privacy Policy.
How we use your information
- To deliver your purchase and send order-related emails.
- To answer support and refund requests.
- To keep records we need for accounting, tax and fraud prevention.
We don't sell your personal information. We don't send marketing emails unless you've chosen to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run the store (such as Stripe for payments and our email and hosting providers), or when the law requires it.
Cookies
This website itself doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe's checkout pages may use cookies needed for payments and fraud prevention. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we'll update this policy first.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal and tax requirements, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, subject to records we're legally required to keep. Email us and we'll respond.
Children
Our store is intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
